In stomach ulcer , patient having burning in the place of stomach , some time svere wound in stomach which is bleed and patient says about blood vomiting
in this condition pattient having medicine given by a doctor is,
injection sandostatin iv bd dose
injection omeprazole iv bd dose
after controle the blood following medicine are given
omeprazole 20 mg bd
ranitidine 150mg tds
nospa 80mg tds
and clathromycin 250mg bd dosage
